acting low on fluid 4r44e

I have checked the fluid levels hot, cold, in park, drive and neutral every configuaration. The fluid level is reading fine. when I go around a corner and straighten the truck out it acts as if its low on fluid. Also once every couple days when riding at 40 to 45 mph it will down shift on its own. Any ideas or thoughts?
