98 to 01 V8 swap

I have a 2001 Ranger. 3.0
I have access to a 1998 Exploder. Ive read all the threads on swapping the two. I have not found an 98 to 01 swap specifically.
How do I solve the speed sensing and anti theft issues with this specific swap

01 had the speedo issue... some just put in a GPS speedo..which I know nothing about. Just from what I read

Im wanting to make it a clean conversion, what the factory should have done in 01.

It will look like it came in there if done right..stock clutch fan, fan shroud and radiator fit perfect..its just the 01 has the speedo issue that I personally know nothing about
