I've got numbers for the alignment that I'll upload later but I had a problem before with the steering. The steering wheel was not centered and towards the right, had a hard pull to the right, and play in the steering wheel. After the alignment the steering wheel sits more leftward and has play, and the pull is still there but not as bad. I do eventually want to lift it but I figured I'd come here and see what others had to say about my situation.

They work was also free because it was done by a local college(all torque and alignment specs were checked by their instructor)

My credo
Drive it, Break it, Fix it, REPEAT !
I hate to say it but, the alignment wasn't done properly. Centering the steering wheel is fairly easy and they should have been corrected. If there's still some pulling, the toe in/out isnt adjusted to spec. As far as any play in the steering wheel, its usually a worn or loose steering box. Has anyone checked the ball joints ? These are just a couple of areas you might want to have inspected for wear. I hope this helps you find the right solution. Welcome to the club.

Here are the numbers, no they aren't perfect and my camber can't be adjusted as I don't have the special camber bushings.

In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
You’ll need to get the camber bushings to get the right adjustment. The play could also be the “rag joints” in the steering shaft between the steering wheel and steering gearbox.
