I recently upgraded my Bronco II radiator to a 94 Explorer radiator .
I did have to use nuts and bolts on the bottom of the shroud to get it mount to the radiator.
My problem is with the upper hose , the Explorer radiator fitting is angled towards the passenger side a bit and the factory hose was not a good fit so i had to fab one up.
I also tried the 4.0 Explorer hose but did'nt fit to well due to the alternator and cold air inlet hose being in the way.
I feel that the splice in the upper hose is a weak spot and may fail at sometime.
Just looking for input on what others have done .
Thanks
