just need some wiring help, I just finished pulling out the 4.0l from my 91 all wheel drive aerostar and what joke that was. Haynes manual says you cant pull the motor without dropping the hole sub frame with the motor droping out the bottom. Well since i dont have hoist i had to find a way to get it out the front. Now that the motor is finally out im wondering what wiring im going to need to pull from the aerostar. Its going into my 86 Ranger with a 2.9l 4x4 manual trans. im heading out today to pull the computer and harness out through the firewall. But do i need to yank anything from the dash. If anyone has done this swap help would be great.
