I'm talking about a small lift like 2 inch or a 3 inch body lift.

That would make them 13.25 wide and 30.25 diameter . I ran 33 x 12.50 on mine so I don't think it would be a problem. You might have to do some minor fender trimming though.

I have the same on my truck and it rubs at full turn. Just wondering how bad it would rub on the inside
