With a ton of time, work, and a little bit of luck it could be worth it. I wouldnt bother though. That interior is thrashed worse than a strumpets ham wallet. I imagine the rest of the truck was probably treated in a like fashion.

Being from the north, id rather just find a clean running example from the south and have it shipped up.. or take a couple vacation days and get it myself. Whichever would make better financial sense.

Doing things wrong, until I get it right.
It's EXACTLY like my truck, but red. That interior isn't any worse than all the other Rangers on the road. The DS seat is trashed, just like all the other Rangers on the road. It would make an excellent parts truck. $400 bucks worth of parts on it for sure, the Cab could sale for that alone. If I knew how to find the location of that thing and it was within 100 miles, I'd probably consider it for realz.
EDIT: found the local, somewhere in South Carolina, and am watching
