I have a 2000 xlt supercab 4x4 ranger, with a 4.0 and is an automatic transmission. I recently put manual lock in lock out so I can manually lock in or manually lock out the 4x4 .I had put rugged ridge conversion caps on my truck,I then had my hub bearing go bad and the retainer clip broke this also losing one of the conversion caps.cant buy one but have to buy two at a time as a set.is it possible to put hub bearings without the pulse vacume the hub bearing on this truck thus using a manual lock in lock out cap on my automatic ranger, this it would do awY with having to buy the conversion caps again.??? Please help solve this.

Look at the Tech Library... there are a few tech articles there on PVH locking hubs.
