Gears, gears, gears.

4.10's or 4.56's would work great.

OR

Turbo, turbo, turbo.

2 things that are worth the money for a 4cyl.

Exhaust has limited results. Unless you're using it to turn a turbo.:D

Gears are alot better. 4.10's would be ok with 31's (Especially if you have 3.55's). That's what I'm running right now(4.10's/31's). 4.56's would be ideal, but that'd mean regearing($$$).

I wheel all day long on 31's with 4.10's... If you're 2wd and don't have low range you'll be okay in the woods 95% of the time... there will be the real steep hill climbs and the take offs in sand when you wish you had a slightly lower gear.

With the 2.3, If you DD the rig, you want 4.10s, if its your play toy, 4.56's will get you the power you want for the woods (specially when you start weighting down the rear for traction)

It's an ongoing dd/prerunner project so I think it'll do.
