Doesn't look good and seems to be the culprit of my doors rattling over bumps as the cab flexes... anybody have quick fix for this issue? looks like the mount is pop riveted... guess I can take to a weld shop to torch the remnants and just make a quarter inch steel 90 degree mount with a hole for the cab bolt and have it welded to the frame?

That's your best bet...

You can try googling it because I know I've seen a few of these mounts show up from time to time online. You can also see if someone parting out a truck here will cut one off for you!

yes, good idea... did find one on ebay... but for $50 delivered I think I will ask a fabricating shop before I plunk down $50 on that... appreciate the idea!

Yeah, of course! No problem..I'm glad I could help. Hopefully a shop will make you one (easy enough) or weld in the one you buy. Unless you know someone who will weld it for you if you don't know how.
