id prolly re-gear anyways. no offence but 3.08 is a stupid gear ratio for a truck haha4.0 with 3.08s and 195/75-R14s. Worst tank ever, city driving in the dead of winter was 14 MPG. Best tank ever was a road trip on state highways doing 65 in the summer, got a solid 24 MPG for 400 miles. I average 19 city, 22 highway. But that's all on stock size tires, I'm sure I'd suffer if I went up in tire size without re-gearing.
where the hell did you get a 2.4l ranger?1998 Ranger 2.4 liter / 5 speed extended cab gets 20 -22 mpg with stock lift / tires.
