00 ranger 3.0 swap to 5.0 5speed

ok so i have a 00 ranger auto 3.0 and want the 5.0 card from a mustage years from 87 to 90 i think and c4 been doin reserch for year now and lm getting ready to do it any help would be great what heads,mounts, rad,sppeds..?

its a 2wd and im think the tanny i want is c5 not the c 4 but lm open minded for the tanny but want stick

The C-4 is a stronger trans than the C-5, same basic trans, three speed w/no OD. Most would say go with the AOD, AOD-E or what might be a lot better is the 4R70W. Enjoy and have fun!
