Man i dont know.

The pictures are more plentiful and better quality then scammers usually get. But the description is a bit iffy. The english is better then normal but the way they described certain things tells me this person isnt a carguy. Which isnt always a sign of a scammer, but is usually a strong indicator.

The email only reply is also suspicious. So chances are he'll offer to ship it from 6 states away after you wire him money.

If it is a real ad, dude has no idea what he has, if its a scammer hes Grade A

Those wheels weren't made in 16 either that's stock 88-92 F150/Bronco wagons only made in 15. I'd say phishing
