Center cap fittment

1999, bought this cap that matches the ones I have. It doesn’t fit. Are there different lug nutz that it will fit? TIA

I've never seen one that was all plastic before. They usually have the clips made of metal.

As long as the lug nuts have that ring around the base it should work.

I've seen the plastic clips on some of the caps before, annoyingly some of the clips break but still hold on decent...

Like Scott said, the caps need the right type of lug nut. I had to buy OEM Ford lug nuts for one ranger I bought.

Correct. I have the metal clips. Wondering which lug nuts this fits.

The lug nuts should look something like THIS, if they do take one off and test fit it in the cap... if you need some let us know, I know I have most of a full set I could spare a wheel worth or just rearrange yours since only 3 have/need the clips...

I have these nuts and this cap does not fit them. I’m not sure if these are the same as the link you show. Ty

Put some grease on the clips and give the cap a whack with the ole ham fist.
