Sorry, but I'm not sure on a truck that new.
I suspect, but don't know for sure, if Ford switched to using standard relays. I have used standard relays as replacements on my '94s; that's why I suspect that they did.
If you have a connector in place in your dash, that does plug into your switch, you could temporarily substitute another relay in the box, plugged into the fog light slot, and test to see if it clicks when you operate the switch. If so, it'd be safe to buy a relay for it.
Then you just have to figure out where the factory fog lights wires stop in your truck; they're either well hidden, or you'll have to extend them from where you can find them.
What you posted looks like a "universal" relay and harness kit.
You could go that route, but the wiring would become a little more complex.
