So picked-up a 6 gang Mictuning controller for $80 for the kid 2010 ranger,
quality appears just as good as my auxbeam on my truck...
Been searching, & searching, not much info...
Im sure I can experiment with various fog light options, but was there a sound go to option back in the day that works well...
Can care less if its street legal, just looking for some bright amber solid led options...
Figured ide ask but seems like this forum isnt really focused on older truck mods at this point...

Found these on Amazon but who knows about longevity, questionable....

Any helpful info would be great....
On the 2010 theres im guessing 4" cut-outs in the lower bumper valance for lights....
Could ever mod the fog light hole inserts to accommodate just a standard 3.5" round or even square pod / fog.....
im guessing...
Also bought some factory oem fog lenses & played with some auxbeam h10 amber LED bulbs, results sucked....
pattern sucked, washed out, performance sucked, etc...
Was not good at all!!!
Sent everything back...

these are the amazon lights....

A lot of negative reviews on those lights on Amazon.
I read majority of the reviews & will have to disagree...
Im not set on these, I do understand theyre $60 lights, they can be all that but looking at the pics, theyre bright...
Thats why im here, other options....
But sure this thread will mostly be crickets when it comes to other suggestion....

Sylvania makes h10/9145 that are VERY Yellow. Like Oh God My Kidneys are both failing Yellow. In the square fog housings I found they offered about 40 feet of illumination without headlights or DRLs. I put these bulbs into my 08 with the round fog lights and the light pattern sucks, but they're way nicer aesthetically speaking. Your gonna have to compromise. Best option is finding a bumper valance with square fog that fits your bumper(steel or plastic over crashbar). Good luck. Got the bulbs at Canadian Tire as an impulse buy
