Head light help

Then those are already aftermarket lights installed.

The 95 model year has this style head light:

They have visteon lights from ford . I confirmed with ford yesterday . Visteon was a company that produced lights for ford . Ford told me that those lights are no longer produced

It's weird the truck has a block heater battery box heater and I'm running into issues when I get parts for it there not right. The guy at auto parts store seems to think that I got a truck that put together with different parts from factory.

The truck was set up for cold environments, you may have a "sold in Canada" truck. Parts are still the same except you would have daytime driving lights and a speedo that is in kilometers.

do you have a picture of the front of your truck to share? I'm thinking that year is wrong. If I can see the front then I could tell. Also do you have the TTB front end, it would look like a solid axle that pivots in the the middle, or the IFS, it would have CV joint front axles?

OK before you lose you mind I bought this a few months ago he said 1995 . The truck says 05 lol

:icon_rofl: Now The headlights are making sense. Yes those are factory lights for the '05 models.

OK here's another dumb question I put a cv axel in the truck and it's leaking . Could a 95 axel fit and be leaking cause it's wrong?

Just for reference they do have that style that fit the 93 thru 97 trucks.

And Thank You for your service and sacrifices for us civilians.

No it will not fit. 95 had what they call a TTB front axle and they are totally different.

This is a TTB ( Twin Traction Beam ) front axle. It is very similar to a solid axle but with an extra U-joint to allow it to be independent suspension.

Is your axle joints, CV joints, leaking grease or do you have a leak at the differential where the axle seal is?

Maybe I pinched or knicked the seal then ?
