Looking for both fuel lines that go from Fuel pump to the filter w/fittings 2011 Ranger XLT 4.0 extended cab or info on parts to make them.

Ya know if you can't find complete lines... there is a few line repair options.

I bought a Dorman nylon fuel line repair kit a year or two ago. The tool makes short work of pushing fittings into new nylon line. They also sell about any connector you might need.

Looks like the price on the tool went up a good 25% since I bought mine.

I've seen those and if I can't get the actual lines I'll have to go that route. Besides the tool do you know the line sizes ?

If an 01 is the same or close I have a parts truck I'd pull them from and sell them to you

I went a different route when I needed lines on my 00. While what Gump used works just fine, I wanted a little more versatility so I went to AN lines and fittings. Used -6 PTFE AN line and fittings. More expensive, but I can also use the same line and basic fittings for other stuff like transmission cooler lines and heater hose stuff and the like. I went that route because I planned on doing stuff like that and wanted one system to cover multiple needs. If you don’t plan to need that versatility, then what Gump suggested will work.

Some lines on Rangers are 5/16” and some are 3/8”. -6AN is 3/8” and is fine for use with all fuel lines, I was worried but the size difference at first over 5/16” but it’s proven a non-issue.

The early Rangers had a mix of 3/8 and 5/16... the bigger size used for fuel return the smaller for the pressurized side.

I haven't had to fix the later model Rangers I've owned... so I can't say positively. It should be easy enough to put a caliper on the line and subtract for the I.D. to get the right size line.

The reason I just stayed nylon... it plain works... for a long time even in the rust belt.

Thanks for the link but according to my truck info and Vin. It says it won't fit.

From what I can find it seems to be 07 thru 2011 but at this point I'm not sure myself.

Sorry for being late updating my thread but I fortunately found two brand new factory fuel lines and finally have my 2011Ranger back together and running as good as ever. Thanks to all that responded and I appreciate you all. Cal
