I have a SAS'd 96 Ranger with approximately 6" of lift in the rear and I am in need of an extended, rear brake hose. Does anybody have a part number for a longer replacement that I could find at a local auto parts store, something that bolts up without the need to modify anything? I would prefer not to have to buy an aftermarket hose if possible.

Thanks for your help!

should be able to buy them at just about any decent parts store, break lines are a lot cheaper then not stoping and having a hooooooooo shit moment, cost should not be a factor

The original brake hose is plenty long enough and is easier to find when you need to replace it. You merely need to lower the top mounting point. I cut it off and add an extension and weld it all together.

i know you can use f250 rear brake lines.. they just screw together

Thats what I did with mine, and i'm running around 6" of rear lift.

I just bent the stock bracket down, and then ran a new brake line up to the front. I'm running 5.5" - 6" of lift.
