- A properly suspensioned Ranger can be safely airborne for up to 4 seconds at a time! =:O
This is usually the DRY and sunny and low-humidity time of year, BUT... not for 2023-2024.
Any-hoo, one morning seems like rust just "bloomed" overnight, over most of the roof exterior, and apparently the factory paint aged/dried-out in a way that makes it LOOK like it had been turbo-scrubbed in 2 directions, with a very coarse brush... but it hasn't. See pics...

This is standing on the driver-side door sill, looking out over right-rear corner of roof.

A close-up of the "cross-hatching"... (Click for full-size...)
Gonna be a while before I can get it sanded, primed, and painted professionally, just need to stop the "cancer" for now, but in a way that doesn't interfere (too much) with the "real" job later on.
Thanks in advance!
