Coleman Liquid Fuel

$5-15k an acre here for choice farmground on average.

Less for an acreage... I have 10 acres myself.

It's zoned commercial and it's in the fastest growing area of the city... But it's also been on the market for many years. I'm sure someone will buy it eventually, just hope it doesn't turn into a high traffic business. I like my quiet empty field out back.

Still kicking myself for not buying the 12 acre plot I found about 10 years ago for $27000.

A Wal mart in your backyard could be handy...

Where do you buy quickness? I would like to buy some for my parts manager.

You can buy quickness at any auto parts store, it's on the shelf next to the blinker fluid.

Is this it? Aparently it's strawberry flavored? :dunno:

Not by me it isn’t... average price per acre in N.J. is $196K.

Not if you buy disgusting half swamp land with zero drainage thats impossible to develope that no one else wants. :icon_rofl:

I have 26 acres and I assure you I'm not a millionaire. :ROFLMAO:
