2000 Ranger v8 T5 transmission

so i’m going to start my v8 conversion if anyone has any advice please let me know.. the doner truck is a 1998 explorer 5.0 and a mustang transmission T5

disconnect all the wires, A\C, fuel lines, power steering lines, radiator and heater hoses. tried to pull out the engine with the transmission but had no luck, had to take off the transmission I could not take it all out together. going to napa to get some replacement parts.. i also took off the ignition cylinder, anti theft pats transceiver and the Pats
