We have no idea how to help you without giving specifics of what the issues you are having with your truck.
Go look through our threads. We will get you fixed and running again.
Diagnostics are critical. Describe as clearly and specifically as you can. One of us will chime in.
There are people on this board who have Godlike abilities with mechanical knowledge and coaching.
if you cannot perform diagnostics on an obd1 system, you should not attempt an engine swap. This requires a high level of skill and tooling. You cannot do it judging on your displayed mechanical abilities .

It probably just needs the dilithium processor rebuilt or at least given a good cleaning. Wouldn't hurt to change out the plasma relay either.
