Yeah, I would. I am assuming that they are trying to get a whole loaded, going by the picture. My guess, is that whoever is putting the axles together probably ran out of gears or bearings, and it was probably gears, so they are getting them just fast enough to keep up with production, maybe. They might be to the point of putting 4.10s or 3.55s in trucks that were slated for 3.73 (just example numbers) so they aren't holding up production.
