The best thing about installing junkyard parts is, you've already had a trial run fo figure out how things come apart!
This is so true. I get to take stuff apart twice. It's also fun to use the salvage cars to figure out how some things are done

Just found an almost brand new receiver hitch the other day for $25 bucks!
They are like $5 with a ball here. Most of the time they are stuck in the hitch though.
I spent every afternoon for a good month and a half in the junkyard when I built my Dakota. You have to with a Dodge. Going there for Ranger parts is a luxury comparatively.
