This isnt an urgent matter but I am planning on putting a 3' body lift on my truck and I have some questions. I have a 1985 2.8l STX with a 4" suspension lift, but I need more ride height for the tires im putting on. Ive seen on some websites that I need a steering linkage extension and possibly a fuel filler extension, aaand a shift linkage extension (I have the Mitsubishi 5 speed) but I don't see these parts listed with the kits. Secondly I want to replace my bodymount bushings because some are cracked, I want to know if aftermarket poly-bushings will work with a bodylift.

any info would be great, thanks

The steering extension should be included , as well as fuel filler extension....what isn't included will be the shifter extension. And as far as poly mounts yes these will work with the body lift, actually this is the perfect time to replace them....:shok:

I used Prothane 6-106-BL when I replaced my body mounts and they worked great.

I did more research and found a shift linkage extension on Summit
