Hello,

I am looking to swap my 95 Ranger seats. I found some nice synthetic leather seats of a 2002 Escape?

Will these fit? Would I have to make mods?

I have a standard cab.

Thanks for you help.

As long as the tracks are similar you should be fine. You may have to swap the tracks from your seats to the new one but its pretty easy. Also in a std cab with the large headrest that explorers have you won't be able to lean back as far so if you can take them out it will give you just a hair more lean.

I actually bought mustang leather seats. But I'm having trouble putting the ranger tracks on it. I read that it's a direct fit but I don't see how that is possible.

It's a direct fit if you have extended cab... standard cab, you are SOL without some modifications to keep the headrest off the back glass.

I don't know about mustang seats I swapped explorer seats in my standard cab but all the holes lined up some just had to be tapped.

Had to do some minor modifications. But I was able to make them fit. Yes there isn't any room to adj my seats but I never adj them to begin with. So thats not a big deal.

Explorer center console would fill in that space nicely. I made mine work by just having it sit there but if you want to actually mount it I'm not sure what modifications will have to be done.
