looks freakin'-amazing dude!, out of curiosity though, why are the outer 4 bolt holes threaded? don't just the 3 TBI holes need to be threaded?

Idk the man that machined it decided to thread all the holes, i need to make the outer holes a little bigger so it doesnt matter and the three hole have to be tapped out to a metric size. Or a standard size and i go buy the corrisponding standard bolts

that thing is so thick you could easily do a recessed allen-head bolt, instead of a counter-sunk bugle-head bolt if you wanted.

im alll happpy in side cause i know she will finally come together. this weekend hopefully if i can find the time.:icon_welder::beer:

All that's left is electrical and building the egr block off plate

Now does any one have a color code diagram for this damn truck I've done a quick search and have cam up with nothing.

Yours looks a lot cleaner than mine! Great job!

PS I was looking though your pics and I noticed you have a 4.0 radiator. What upper rad hose are you using?

Dont really remember autozone sold it to me saying it would fit the 2.8s radiator and it lined up for the 4.0. Now the bottom hose was a different story had to reuse the old hose as the new one wouldnt fit.
