yup....Ex rear leaf pack.....

so far so good.....still measuring 3" from bumpstop to the plate....but, if it starts to sag more than I want I will make a basterd pack with AAL's or cut Ranger/Ex leaves....

in other news....got my front driveshaft out to lengthen....but the CV is shot....so gonna look for a replacement...

Actually, that is the third motor he is on....he had to swap it out once a while back some years ago, then I swapped it out for him when he hydrolocked it...

took her by work to get a little flex so I could measure for shocks.....

was actually limited by the tires hitting the fenders:icon_twisted:

she flexes like a boss dude.. i'm using ranger rear leafs so im guessing it should be around the same flex as yours.
 
Looks like the driver leaf was getting close to neg. arch. I'd make sure to bump stop it to make the springs last.

BTW, did you finish the master cylinder?

I have an extra cv shaft from D that you can have. Its stock length, so you will have to stretch it, but it will likely save you some coin.

Really wish I could make it. Having my last Christmas that day. And I don't know if the doubler will be wheelable by then.

I do have a limit strap on the drivers side.....that is because it will droop down further than the D-shaft will articulate....:D:thefinger::thefinger:

right now my master is doin OK...had no issues at Badlands...though it was a tad soft....but, doin the disc brake swap and all new lines after New Years...so I didn't see the point in redoing the lines at the MC twice....

and yes, poser shots will be done...but I would prefer some action shots as well:icon_thumby::icon_thumby:

It only because its too BA for those shackles. They can't handle the BA-ness of that which is known as Railman's Ranger

wait.... we are not going to TB just to take action shots and go curb crawling??? :shok: :D



So no Hydroboost yet?
