I cut off 9.25 inches off the tube, so my end width will be 0.5 inches wider than the ranger stock TTB width.
^This. Full width vehicle will have a difficult time getting down the trails.
Yes, the 60 has 1/2" thick tubes, which is one reason why it is so heavy. It took a while to cut through that thing, too!!I did not know that the axle tube was that thick, dang.

Kris answered this question, but about a 1/3 of the trails we go on at TB are really narrow, FW would not make it down them without turning the truck sideways to squeeze through the trees...What was your thought process behind this? I can't even begin to imagine why you would want it that narrow.
Yep, they are. When I received the new turnout gear for my department, I started using these around the house. I ordered these new and do not have much use on them. I also use these when I have to do road surveys/cleanup...Were those turn-out boots? I have a pair at my house, they were my dads a long time ago when he was an engineer, now he's dept. Cheif
You said it Dustin!!^This. Full width vehicle will have a difficult time getting down the trails.
