this summer i will have a 10 inch wild beast sub thats rated 1200 watts an 600 rms an i will be pushing a 700rms amp to it in a ported box. if i do it right it should equal my 2 12s in a sealded box in my ex cab

Im currently running a kicker comp c 12''

Im running a 500 watt amp at 4 ohms bridged (2 ohms at the amp)

Its in a 97 ford ranger XLT 2.3L 5 speed

For christmas I may be getting 2 kicker compVT's and a hifonics or rockford fosgate amp. And in the near future I shall be upgrading my front stage with some rockford fosgate components.

wow, sounds like you guys have some nice setups. i currently have a elemental designs nine.4 pushing a set of infinity kappa 60.7cs components. they sound amazing, but i want more. so now im looking at the cdt ef-80, elemental designs 9kv.2 and resonant engineering re 8. if i bridge the rear channels ill be able to push a sub with 200w

this past weekend i finally got around to building the box for my sub. here it is installed.



its an Elemental Designs 9kv.2 being fed by an Elemental Designs NINe.4 amp(150w off the rear channels). i am very pleased with the output .
