Hey guys I need some advice. I'd love to make some more power out of my 99 4.0 ohv. It has 120,000 miles and a few slight issues but runs fairly strong. If you guys know how to get cheap and easy power out of my engine please let me know.

Switch to an electric cooling fan for rad
Removing belt driven fan frees up a few horse power, and you get better low speed cooling.

If you ain't first you're last
You've got a pretty good axle ratio for tire size I wouldn't change that personally. Lower temp t stat will lower mpg but raise torque a little. E fan.
