Washer Coil lift allignable?

I've searched the forums but couldn't get the answer I was looking for. If I add 1 inch of washers under the front coils it should equal to 1.5 inch of lift total. Will the truck still be allignable? From what I read 1 inch of washers fits under the coil and the bolt can still be tightened down. I just want to make sure because I don't want to kill tires, it's good now so if the tires are gonna be destroyed why bother for the 1 inch. And what is an average allignment cost? Also, what is the max I would be able to go and still allign with washers because I was thinking of rear shackles too.

a stack of washers 1.5" thick is the max that is still alignable....

alignments usually cost 60-100 for a one time. 130-180 lifetime

Why would you do washers when f150 coils and retainers wil give you the same lift and shouldnt be more than 15 bux at junkyard?

Hmm, ok I am new to the bushing style allignments on these, like you need a camber kit and such. So a 1.5" washer lift is allignable stock? I will have to see how much play I have with the allignment.

mine was alignable with the adjusters that were already in it....

some have had to get aftermarket ones....
