Last winter I finally converted my 91 ranger from the auto hubs to some manual Warn units. Everything was brand new when I installed it. About a month ago I redid the front brakes. New bearings, rotors, pads, calipers, hoses etc. I replaced everything but the hubs. Put it all back together and now the truck pulls to the right hard in 4wd under acceleration. In 2wd it drives normal. Any ideas what the issue is? Any help would be appreciated.

My credo
It do like it be
This probably isn't it, but check your u joints (specifically the outer most "wheel end" one on the passenger side)

Over a summer a my front passenger outer u joint froze up, when in 4wd that wheel would bind and unbind, generally sliding- pulled hard to the right and while in the cab you couldn't hear anything, from the outside you could hear the u joint clicking, knocking etc

Does your steering wheel shudder a little in 4 wheel? Other than the obvious pulling I noticed that it knocked my steering wheel around a little

The passenger side axle slides out with no c clip, I believe there are two u joints on the passenger side front axle shaft assembly, worth checking all of them

Otherwise, if it drives fine in 2wd I dont see how a stuck caliper could cause an issue which was my only other thought

Hope this helps

Have not had time to fool with it. It’s been raining too much lately. I’ll check the ujoints but 4wd was working fine till I did the brake job. Did not pull to a side.
