Patience dude, patience. There used to be an adapter to fit the 4.0L OHV and you may still find them but get ready to pay for it.

Check out Ranger Powersports and Ranger Resistance. They have threads on this and one guy is fabricating an adapter that will be for sale. Once he has it then you can get one.

I think you might still be able to find an adapter kit on ebay. Check out the tech library in the 4.0 section. there is some info in it about this

I remember when there used to be several 4.0 OHV supercharger kits available from well known aftermarket companies (IIRC: Whipplecharger, Vortech, Paxton). Looks like they decided to forget about the Ranger, just like Ford. :sad:
