Boy, I have an old 413 in the garage (all kinds of parts to build it up) but knowing the problems never considered it, same goes for that 428 Ford next to it. Duster the tank guy gets it. Anyone ever thought about a flathead in a Ranger? There was a guy at last years car show that had a flathead V8 in the correctly aged car. I didn't pay attention to what he had for an exhaust... but when he fired it up to leave I declared it the best sounding vehicle I had ever heard.
why the hell would you want a flathead?
