neg camber is iffy. sometimes toe out causes the neg camber.
start with where the rolling toe is along with camber and caster.
i usually find an empty flat parking lot to check these things...put the vehicle in neutral and coast to a stop and do the measuring. that will generally guide the process if all the steering components are in good shape..
