I lurk the boards and rarely post but I found myself needing to post in order to avoid the steelership. My truck was victim of the infamous vacuum problem or ac was stuck on the defrost/floor vents. I ran through the vacuum lines tonight and everything was ok except the firewall connector or plug. Directly above the passengers kickpanel there is a 2 hose connector that supplies vacuum to the selector switch. Now my problem is I need to find out where to purchase the fixed connector mounted on the firewall. Any help would be appreciated but I will most likely call the dealership for more info.
Edit: It is a soft rubber connector if it's worth anything. Also, i did some research and it's a part of the "vacuum harness."
