Good Afternoon all,

Wondering what a 1986 2wd 2.3L 5 speed with 110000 miles and a 2 inch lift will bring? Perfect frame, 7 ft bed, nice interior, only rust on 2x2 inch of the very rear 1/4 panel, under the rear bumper. Paint is not stock and poorly done, but shes a solid 20 footer. Regular cab with upgraded radio, recent clutch and slave cylinder, regular oil changes, new batt, recent timing belt, new starter the works....

thinking of getting into a saab sonett:icon_confused:

Honestly, that's a very hard question to answer, It depends heavily on the buyer(s), region, and many factors that can't be checked over the internet.

Just as a wild guess I'd say about $1000 in my area. Can be VERY different even a short distance away though. Likely not less than $600 or more than $2000

Yes, what something is worth is not what you ask for it............it is what someone will pay for it.

Usually a running pick up truck will bring no less that $500, just for it's utility value.
A 27 year old truck will be at that end of the scale.
Miles matter but at that age not as much, metal parts are now rusting out which is a time not miles issue for the most part.

Seller(you) can always go down in price but pretty hard to go up once you have set a price, lol.
So ask a higher price than you want, if you get no calls/interest in a week then lower it,
Avoid O.B.O(or best offer) right off the bat, waste of time calls when they see that.
You can add that later as you test the waters in your area.

If you want a fast sale then look at local ads and under cut similar vehicle prices.
