I got a quick question?

I got an 1988 Ford Ranger coolant reservoir tank with window washer reservoir tank together. I got if off a wrecked Ranger in my friends old yard with only 35K on it before it was hit. My question is where is it vented at? it has the stock push in black plastic plug cap on top. Mine is aftermarket I want to put this clean stock one on. It looks like I have to pry the push in cap off with a flat blade or something to get it off

I don't understand the question. It isn't a pressure sealed tank, it's just a bottle, so it is vented everywhere there is a hole.
