Ya lol, when do you think you will have yours running?
Sometime in 2015. It will be a while. I might throw another RBV together if my axles dont sell soon.

Unless Plum gives me that 5.0 out of his 86....

Well I did a little work on the truck today. Ever sinced I replaced the unit bearings in August the manual hubs held on by all those little finger things have been kinda loose but still worked. Before they had no movement and were solid but after having to take them off I could giggle them around. So I used a 1.75 to 2.75 inch hose clamp around the fingers to hold them on there firmly. I had to loosen the clamp to where is was about to come undone to get it on. It will have to be removed when taking the tire off but atleast I won't loose a hub.

Video of hub before and after.

Then this happened today.

I was going to get in the truck and it was icy and I slipped and fell on it. I didn't fall on the ground though just on the door sill. I'm going to hit up a junkyard next weekend to hopefull get another one. Anyone know how to remove the lever. Its for reclining the seat, I'm sure you have to take the seat from what I looked at.

Guess I should update this now that I'm actaully doing stuff to the truck again. Had a busy May and June with graduating college, starting a new job, moving and going on a business trip to Nicaragua for a week. I have been working on the half doors lately and finally finished them on Saturday. Also went off roading at bundy hill with Ben (Escortgts), came down pretty hard on the front crossmember a few times and bent the side of the front bumper back trying to move a tree, didn't break anything though. Anyways on to the pics and videos.

Also did a few things to my focus too. It's hard for me not to do anything to it and put that money into the truck. Got the windows tinted 20% all around and put a different grill on it.

Grill Before

Grill after

To change it involved removing the whole front bumper, not my favorite thing to do.

Few more of the truck.

Trucks looking good man, how are those duratacs treating you? Thinking about trying them on my ranger.

The swap will probably happen next summer or spring. You'll have to drive a bit farther now, I live in Michigan now.

I really like the duratracs, they work real good off road and handle well on road and in the rain. They aren't real loud either. I'd get them again if I had the chance.

Did some work today, finally out on the explorer hood hinges I got awhile ago so I can get rid of the stupid prop rod. Wasn't to hard to do, just taking the hood on and off by myself was difficult so I used a bunch of tape to protect the paint. What do you guys think if I removed the black cloth panel thats on the underside of the hood. Any adverse effects of removing it, it just gets covered in mud all the time.

The new hinges are awesome, I may have to look into doing those.

Thanks for the info on the duratracs.

Its just a sound deadener and heat shield. Worst thing that would happen it the added heat might do something to the paint but I'm not sure

Cut some more of the rust off of the body last weekend and added to the rear bumper. Still want to add another tube to the bumper to give in more support but need to find someone with a tubing bender. Also removed the bendliner so I can take the bed off and under coat it and the frame. I don't plan on putting the liner back in, there are only a couple spots where the bed floor has started to rust but overall its not to bad. On to the pics.
