It is probably possible to get them bolted down one way or another, but I have found that using seats not from a BII, Ranger, or gen 1 Explorer in a BII causes issues with access and leg room in the back seat.

ah, great insight, thank you! I guess I can stop dreaming about swapping a leather seat in there
