alignment on 94 2.3 4x2

i searched but could not find the answer, maybe the wrong forum...

just got an alignment and was wondering how off it was before. i got the print out maybe you guys can help me:
degrees-
LF camber: .2
LF caster: 4.8
LF Toe:-.28

RF camber: 0
RF Caster:5.3
RF Toe: .52

in the rear everything was within .03

are these good numbers? with some off road driving how often should i get this done?

CASTER Minimum: 2.0°

CASTER Maximum: 6.0°

TOTAL TOE Optimum ±Range: .06° ± .25°

Those are the Ford specs for your truck.

There are no alignment adjustments for the rear of the truck.

with some off road driving, getting to camping spots, fishing spots, hunting camp, etc. how often should i get this done?

Unless you bend something in the steering, there isn't much chance of knocking the alignment out of whack with that mild of wheeling.
