This may just be the way I see it (of course) but it looks like you could remove some gravel in front of the doors and if you have a concrete floor shave a bit of it off...or even take it down 6" and ramp it just inside the door so you have better clearance.

Maybe I'm missing something but that's what I would consider before anything else...probably cost next to nothing to do that way...

But that might be a Canadian thing...:)
