Front rotors ripple

So, ive owned my 95 ranger for 2 years... When i got it the front rotors were rippled, almost as if the brake pads were jagged, but they were fine, smooth and appeared to be wearing normal.... Replaced pads and rotors. 3 months later, same thing, replaced em, 6 months later, same thing again! Pads are wearing fine.... Different brand everytime. Hub lock nuts are fine and torqued properly. Its 4wd by the way. I hope someone can help me before i have to replace them again just to ruin another set. Thanks!

brake caliper slide pins lube this point

I dont think the master cylinder would have anything to do with it.... Anyone else?

Brake caliper, brake caliper pins. Check to make sure they are lubed up good.
