Just recently got the motor rebuilt, and everything is hooked up but when I go to turn it over I am getting nothing on the key turn to start.

I have checked all the grounds, they are good, starter checked it works, I tested the clutch sensor plug there is no voltage going to the plug, and the fuel pump is not priming unless I force the relay to activate the pump, I have checked all the fuses and everything looks good. So basically I am stumped at this point

Should be a Pink wire(could be red/blue stripe) going from ignition switch to clutch pedal switch, that wire needs to have 12volts when key is turn to START, it won't have voltage any other time.
Then a Pink wire out of clutch switch which will be spliced to red/blue stripe wire and it goes to starter relay

Have you pulled out and looked at the fuses in engine fuse box, and tested for voltage there.

"I tested the clutch sensor plug there is no voltage going to the plug"

Not going to start that way, chief.

Everything is getting power, except the things that aren't...

What happens if you jump the solenoid?

Something simple...
