BW 4405 to replc
I'd like AWD and don't mind loosing 4lo. I believe the t-case uses a viscous coupler to transfer power too the front. That would make things easier than swapping-in a computer or piggy backing or messing with computer controls.
Has anyone done this? I doubt it, most want 4 lo and 2hi.
They use the same front axle and I could swap-in the rear axle to get disk brakes
I think my biggest issue would be the if the AWD transfer case will mount and bolt-up to the 4.0 SOHC tranny/5r55E????
Or would the 5.0 Tranny bolt-up to the 4.0 SOHC????
