87 bronco 2 2.9 5 speed / I've installed new tank, low pressure pump, high pressure pump, filter, fuel pump relay, inertia switch, and ignition switch. Pumps are running with key off and out of lock cylinder. When I plug relay in pumps come on and wont stop until I disconnect. I can also reset inertia switch, pumps come on and stay on until I trip the inertia switch. This is not a prime. Key is not in ignition. Wiring seems to be fine including grounds. I've tried 5 different relays thinking it was sticking but doesn't make sense key is out. My next step based on reading is either oil pressure switch is bad or ecu is bad or both. I have traced every wire on this thing. All the connectors are in good shape. Thought ecu being bad might be it. I disconnected the ecu and still same scenario. Dont know if that tells me anything or not.
