this morning was gonna use 4x4 but no lights when I flipped switch, no 4x4.
no wipers, no power windows or dome light.
I replaced the GEM from a 1998 Explorer , now I have my wipers, dome light, and power windows. but the O.D light flashes and I drove it a couple miles and 4 high and 4 low 4x4 light flashes now and then.
the numbers on the GEM box are different but plugs all the same.
wandering if they wont interchange ??? or will I need one identical ??
I replaced one on my wifes 2001 ranger several year ago and DID NOT require reprogramming. worked perfect.
