BWT19 Mechanical linkage
NP208 or BW?

The mechanical linkage needs to be adjusted. The previous owner replaced the clutch, and now it don't shift. the pedal goes to the floor, very weak, the pushrod only moves a little. Can anyone tell me how this gets adjusted, and how a clutch with a 4 spd granny should feel?
